Rome is one of my favorite cities, and a place where I’ve spent a lot of time. I’m also fortunate to have wonderful Italian friends who share their country’s gems with me. This guide is the hotel accumulation of all of that, plus years of constant (obsessive, perhaps) research.

I’m a picky one, so I’m only sharing the Rome hotels I truly love. 14 full hotel features, and 14 honorary mentions. All price ranges, all over the city, many different Rome experiences.
